Meet Davonna Willis
Davonna Willis, MA, ATC, LMT, PSC Instructor
Davonna M. Willis is the founder of Pilates 4 Me, a boutique Pilates studio in Gilbert, Arizona, created to support intentional, rehab-infused movement for real bodies and real life. With a background spanning athletic training, massage therapy, and health education, Davonna brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to Pilates that emphasizes alignment, mobility, strength, and long-term wellness. Her work is grounded in helping clients move with greater awareness, confidence, and control — especially those navigating pain, injury recovery, or movement limitations.
Davonna holds a Master’s degree in Health Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, and an Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy. She has spent years working with athletes, wellness professionals, and everyday clients, blending education, movement science, and compassionate coaching into every session. At Pilates 4 Me, Davonna specializes in rehab-infused Pilates, offering personalized training through private sessions, duets, and small group classes using reformer, tower, chair, and mat work. Her teaching style is supportive, detail-oriented, and focused on meeting clients where they are — not where they think they “should” be. Davonna believes that movement should feel intentional, empowering, and sustainable. Her mission is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and confident in their bodies, no matter their starting point.
