We offer individual sessions, duet sessions, and couples classes focusing on mindful, corrective movements.

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes cater to all levels of ability, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
What are your studio hours?
Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
